so here is a pic of my knee 3 days post fall. i still can't bend it all the way. i guess i'm lucky i did not really jack my leg up!!!

man that knee looks worse on the web than it does in person and it looked bad on sunday, thanks for coming out to the Du to cheer us all on and also for filling my championship goblet with beverage
